By accessing or using YallaDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
YallaDeck is a concierge service that connects customers with yacht charter operators in Dubai. We are not a yacht rental company ourselves.
Our role is limited to:
- Providing information about available yachts and routes
- Matching your preferences with suitable charter operators
- Facilitating introductions between you and yacht operators
All charter agreements are made directly between you and the yacht operator. We are not a party to any rental contract.
3. No Charter Guarantee
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific yacht, pricing, or charter terms. Yacht availability, pricing, and conditions are determined solely by our charter partners and may change without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in the quiz and communications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Deal directly with charter operators for all booking and rental matters
- Conduct your own due diligence before entering any charter agreement
- Follow all safety instructions provided by yacht crew
5. Partner Relationships
We vet our yacht charter partners to maintain quality standards, but we do not control their operations, vessels, or services. Each charter partner operates independently and sets their own:
- Pricing and fees
- Charter terms and conditions
- Insurance and liability coverage
- Vessel maintenance standards
- Customer service policies
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YallaDeck shall not be liable for any:
- Actions or omissions of charter operators
- Vessel condition, performance, or safety
- Accidents, injuries, or property damage
- Disputes between you and charter operators
- Loss of deposits or other financial disputes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to YallaDeck.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of YallaDeck or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Website Accuracy
While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that the content on our website is complete, reliable, or current. Yacht specifications, pricing, and availability shown are for informational purposes only and should be verified with charter operators.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YallaDeck, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
